Job Description – Supervisor & Assistant (Kandy, Sri Lanka)
So here’s the thing, we’re looking for a Supervisor & Assistant to join a team right in Kandy, and honestly, it’s a good role if you like keeping things organized but also don’t mind rolling up your sleeves when needed. It’s a full-time position, salary range is 45,000–55,000 LKR, which is decent for the area, and we’re open to both male and female candidates as long as you’re 20 or older. The job is pretty straightforward—supervising daily operations, supporting the team, making sure tasks actually get done and then reporting back. Some days it’s smooth sailing, other days it’s a bit hectic, but that’s just how it goes. You’ll need to be good with people, a bit flexible with time, and okay with multitasking because honestly, things don’t always run in a neat straight line. Anyway, if you’re reliable and want steady full-time work in Kandy, this could be the right spot.
