| Compliance | Carry out pre-employment and vetting checks |
| Safer Recruitment | Adhere to “Safer Recruitment” and “Keeping Children Safe in Education” processes |
| SCR Management | Update Single Central Record, verify documents for Non-UK nationals |
| Employee Records | Ensure records are accurate and up-to-date |
| Recruitment Support | Assist Team Leader with advertising, recruitment packs, and Recruitment Fairs |
| Onboarding | Handle offer letters, contracts, and onboarding paperwork |
| Employee Relations | Assist People Services team as needed |
| Qualification | CIPD Level 3 or 5 required |
| DBS Requirement | Enhanced DBS check required (post-interview) |
| Experience | Previous HR or people development experience |
| Interpersonal Skills | Strong communication and relationship management skills |
| Attention to Detail | High attention to accuracy and compliance |
| HR Systems | Competent in maintaining HR systems and records |
| Development Focus | Support staff learning, development, and HR best practices |
