| Main Duties – Students | Manage portfolio up to 300 students |
| Main Duties – Tutors | Oversee tutor tasks, check-ins, observe sessions |
| Main Duties – Colleges | Build/maintain relationships, manage timetabling, room bookings |
| Programme Launch Prep | Timetabling sessions, logistics |
| Student Engagement | Track attendance, fill tutoring spaces, enhance participation |
| CRM Management | Use Salesforce to track students and tutors |
| Safeguarding | Prioritise student safety |
| Reporting & Impact | Support data collection, contribute to impact reporting |
| Contract & Partnerships | Assist with renewal discussions |
| Creative Problem-Solving | Identify operational improvements, lead special projects |
| Organisation Skills | Time management, work independently |
| Communication Skills | Verbal & written, confidence with students and stakeholders |
| IT Skills | Microsoft Word, Excel |
| Desirable Experience | Education programme delivery, Salesforce, further education knowledge |
